  Your pharmacist stated that policy is more important than urgently heart the emergency forms to the physicians to better the lives of the patients. I am disabled and my life is in danger at this point in time. Even if your corporation sees me as non-existent, my life is precious to me.

  I've tried to like them. But they've let me down twice in a row now. I needed a script filled within an hour for a bad infection in my eye. They couldn't do it until late that night they said. Then when I called to see if it was ready, it still wasn't. They said it would be done in 5 minutes. Because it was just a ready to go bottle of drops they needed to put in a bag. Second time, I needed to pick up my meds. They weren't ready. Even though I had them filled the day before. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes waiting. And then the guy gets an attitude with me because I didn't pull up because there was a car behind me. I'm sorry, I thought I was the one getting helped here. The night pharmacist is a real jerk. Doesn't care about his customers. So do yourself a real favor and go to Walgreen's or even Walmart is better than here. Schnucks isn't bad either.
