Beware of this place. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. 2008 Toyota Sequoia 1. Satellite radio install - The antenna for the satellite radio was mounted under the dash board on top of the radio. Satellite radio antenna needs to be mounted outside the car. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. I had to troubleshoot with Sirius and could not figure out the problem. After wasting a few hours, I finally called the shop back to inquire. That is when the installer let me know he mounted under the dash. I ended up fixing myself. 2. Rear view camera install: It worked fine when we tested on site. Two days later, I put down the automatic back hatch window, the camera immediately lost signal and the back window went crooked and got stuck. I had to manually pry the window just to get it to go back in place. So now, my rear window on my car doesn't work, and I have a brand new back-up camera I paid $350 that doesn't work ($150 for unit, $100 to store, then $100 cash to installer). I have attempted to fix myself and couldn't. Now I will be going to Best Buy to dump more money into it and have it installed correctly. Hopefully my back window will function properly again. I contacted the owner Jim aka James via email, and also left several messages for him to call me back. No response. I spoke to the installer via text and all I got was an apology for not being happy. No offer of fixing problem of back-up camera. I asked for my refund of $100 cash I paid him under the table, then the conversation got ugly. Provided a reason of "my car had a poor install job previously and he did everything he could." I agree the previous wiring job was outdated and a mess to work with. I warned him of this when I first met to go over my needs. Smooth talker and will do anything to save me money and the car would not be damaged, it will be as good as when I brought it in. But the two things listed above with satellite radio and back-up camera are unacceptable. I had to make an additional trip to shop to pick up all the old equipment that was taken out. Alpine Head unit, PS2/DVD overhead monitor, old XM tuner was kept at shop. No one contacted me until I called to find out where it was. "Whoops....we forgot to give it back to you. We chased you out of the parking lot when you left." But didn't think to call me about it? Old equipment kept behind with no contact combined with the cash transaction under the table, this place is shady and does poor install work. Please save yourself the headache and avoid this place. I was trying to give a local shop my business vs. Custom Sounds (right down the road) or Best Buy. I regret that decision. Again, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. 8/3/16: Response to "We chased you out of the parking lot" Chasing me out of the parking lot to return old equipment doesn't fix my broken rear window on a poor install job. It still doesn't work. Heading to Best Buy to clean up your mess. Hopefully the brand new back up camera I purchased for $350 still works. Update: The satellite radio is crystal clear after I mounted the antenna outside the car.
